During this deep dive session, you will build out all of the surveys needed to give you the insights to help year over year awards program improvement.  You will learn the best practices of awards program feedback and actually walk away with concrete documents you can use with your team.

The Awards Website
Take a deep look at the OpenWater website engine and look at examples of how it has been put into place.  This session will give you an overview of what is possible and then have you spend time working on your organization's awards website strategy. 

Staffing and Budget
Awards programs take a lot more time than they seem on the surface.  In this deep dive session you'll simulate an entire awards cycle and uncover the staffing needs, vendor needs, and estimated budgets for each step.

You will leave this session with a strategy document in hand with roles and responsibilities delegated.  Following this plan will help staff understand critical periods where there may be some overworking, paired with an expectation of when the light at the end of the tunnel will come.

Mastering the Marketing Machine

During this deep dive session, you will construct a comprehensive marketing strategy.  You will learn about what other organizations have done with regards to getting the word out about their awards program and keeping the buzz going year round.

 

You will walk away from this session with a robust checklist along with example work of what you need to boost the popularity and general awareness of your awards program.

In this session, you will build a staff manual to help a new team member understand their expectations, as well as to build a strong foundation for a living document to mature with the future of your awards program.
